1. Its not a big issue if you mention passport in place of Pan card then you will take both of there at the time of ticket identification.
Because TT only wants your photo ID at the time of journey.
2.This will not create an issue because in Ticket only ID no. are mentioned irrespective of ID. You have correct ID as PAN card which you can show to TTE.
3.Though TT has to be shown the exact ID proof which was used during booking, but in your case he might consider if you show him your both id's. Cheers
